5(a) Obtaining the prices of the books

1. Switch on the internet-connected computer.
2. Open a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Opera.
3. Click the address bar, type www.mybooks.com and press Enter.
4. Locate the list of books and identify the price column.
5. Read and record the dollar prices of books W, X, Y, Z and M.

5(b) Worksheet showing the prices and naira equivalents

1. Open Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet package.
2. Enter the headings and values below in the worksheet.

3. In cell C2, enter =B2*120 and press Enter. This gives ₦1,500.00 for book W.
4. Use the fill handle to copy the formula from C2 down to cells C3:C6. Thus, b7aira equivalent = dollar price × 120.
5. Click File, select Save As, type Prices of Books as the file name and click Save.

5(c) Sending the workbook as an attachment

1. Open a new browser tab and visit an email service provider, for example www.yahoo.com or www.gmail.com.
2. Sign in with a valid email address and password.
3. Click Compose or New Mail.
4. Type myfather@yahoo.com in the To box.
5. Type Price of Books in the Subject box.
6. Type a brief message, for example: Attached is the prices of books for your perusal.
7. Click the paper-clip Attach icon, browse to the saved workbook Prices of Books, select it and wait for the upload to finish.
8. Click Send.
