Week1

Set up the school

  • Create your classes. Add and remove students and teachers as the term moves.
  • Invite teachers and students with your school's share code. Teachers join with it and are assigned to classes.
  • Accept or decline join requests one at a time or all at once.
  • Run more than one school? One login, with a switcher between them.

Week2

Build the assessment, three ways

  • Pull questions from the Green Bridge question bank.
  • Or chat with the AI: describe what you need and it suggests matching questions from the bank. You accept the ones you want. It never writes a question itself.
  • Or write your own: multiple choice, short answer, essay, practical knowledge and speaking.
  • Add instructions with audio and attached resources, for a listening section or a source paper.

Nothing to set up this week. Teach.

Week4

Students sit it

  • Open the assessment and students take it in their browser.
  • Fullscreen exits and tab switches are counted. The grader sees the tally next to each script.
  • Add or remove participants and message them while it is open.
  • Close it when the time is up.

Week5

Mark it, and keep the record

  • Multiple choice is marked the moment a script is submitted. Those marks cannot be changed by hand.
  • Essays and short answers: change any mark, and every change is recorded with who, when and why.
  • The AI can suggest a mark. It stays a suggestion until a teacher accepts it, and answers that need a person are flagged.
  • Mark anonymously, or mark one question across every script at once.
