The father of Prophet Yahya was

The father of Prophet Yahya (John the Baptist, AS) was Zakariyyah (Zechariah, AS). This is clearly stated in the Qur'an in Surah Maryam (19:7), where Allah gave Zakariyyah the glad tidings of a son named Yahya: "O Zakariyyah, indeed We give you good tidings of a boy whose name will be Yahya. We have not assigned to any before him that name."

Zakariyyah (AS) was an elderly prophet who served as a guardian of Maryam (Mary) in the temple. He and his wife had been childless for many years, and his wife was barren. Despite his advanced age, Zakariyyah prayed earnestly to Allah for an heir, as described in Surah Maryam (19:2-6). Allah answered his prayer miraculously, granting him Yahya - a son who would be a prophet, noble, chaste, and righteous.

The other prophets listed are not the father of Yahya: Musa (AS) and Harun (AS) were brothers, both prophets sent to the Children of Israel and to Pharaoh. Sulaiman (AS) was the son of Prophet Dawud (AS) and was known for his kingdom and wisdom, not as the father of Yahya.
