What is the Ka'bah also called in the Qur'an?

The Ka'bah is referred to in the Qur'an as Al-Bayt al-Haram, meaning "The Sacred House" or "The Inviolable House." This title appears in several Qur'anic verses, including Surah Al-Ma'idah (5:97): "Allah has made the Ka'bah, the Sacred House (Al-Bayt al-Haram), a sanctuary for the people." The word "Haram" here means sacred, inviolable, or prohibited (from violation), indicating the sanctity of the Ka'bah and the area surrounding it.

The other terms refer to different locations. Al-Masjid al-Aqsa ("The Farthest Mosque") refers to the mosque in Jerusalem, which is the third holiest site in Islam and the destination of the Prophet's night journey (Isra). Masjid al-Quds is another name for the mosque in Jerusalem, with "Quds" meaning "holy." Al-Rawda ("The Garden") refers to the area between the Prophet's pulpit and his tomb in Masjid al-Nabawi in Madinah, considered one of the gardens of Paradise.
