Which of the following is not a serious problems of ECOWAS?

The question is asking to identify the option that is not a serious problem of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS). Here's a simple explanation of each option: - The economies of member states are not complementary: This refers to the fact that member states have different economic strengths and weaknesses, which can make it difficult for them to work together. This is a serious problem for ECOWAS because it can make it difficult to achieve economic integration and cooperation. - Member states are primary producers: This means that member states rely heavily on exporting raw materials and natural resources. This is a serious problem for ECOWAS because it can make member states vulnerable to fluctuations in global commodity prices. - Members states have dependent economies: This refers to the fact that member states rely heavily on imports from other countries. This is a serious problem for ECOWAS because it can make member states vulnerable to changes in global trade patterns and can limit their economic independence. - The monetary policies of member states differ: This means that member states have different policies and strategies for managing their currencies and monetary systems. This is a serious problem for ECOWAS because it can make it difficult to achieve monetary union and can lead to instability in the region. - Member states speak different languages: This refers to the fact that member states have different official languages and may not be able to communicate effectively with each other. While this is a challenge for ECOWAS, it is not considered a serious problem compared to the other options. Therefore, the option that is not a serious problem of ECOWAS is "Member states speak different languages".
