ما الكلمة التي تُعدّ ظرف زمان؟

In Arabic grammar, adverbs are divided into two categories: ظرف زمان (adverb of time) and ظرف مكان (adverb of place). A ظرف زمان answers the question "when?" (متى؟), while a ظرف مكان answers the question "where?" (أين؟). The word اليوم (today) indicates a specific point in time, making it a ظرف زمان.

Looking at the other options: تحت (under/beneath) and أمام (in front of) are both ظروف مكان (adverbs of place) because they indicate location or spatial position, not time. كتاب (book) is an ordinary اسم (noun) and is neither a ظرف زمان nor a ظرف مكان.
