Answer Details

$13_{m} + 24_{m} = 41_{m}$
$1 \times m + 3 \times m^{0} + 2 \times m + 4 \times m^{0} = 4 \times m + 1 \times m^{0}$
$m + 3 + 2 m + 4 = 4 m + 1$
$3 m + 7 = 4 m + 1 \Rightarrow m = 6$
