$P \propto \frac{Q^{2}}{R}$
$∴$ $P = \frac{K Q^{2}}{R}$
$36 = \frac{K Q^{2}}{4}$
$K = \frac{36 \times 4}{9}$

$P = \frac{16 \times 5^{2}}{2} = 200$
