A food bank has received a spreadsheet from three collection points. The worksheet includes donor name, collection point, number of tins, number of packets, and delivery status. The coordinator needs to use the information during a busy packing task. Donor names should not appear on the printout placed in the warehouse. Only rows with a delivery status of Pending are needed. The coordinator also wants the records arranged so that the largest food donations appear first.

(a) Filter the Delivery status field and select only Pending [2]. This displays only the records needed for packing while retaining all rows in the spreadsheet.
(b) Sort by the total number of donated items, or the relevant donation-number field, in descending order [2]. Descending order places the largest donations first.
