Overview
From buying groceries at midnight to checking a bank balance on a bus, the internet has turned services that once required a physical visit into experiences you can access from any connected device. Understanding what each type of online service offers, and how it works behind the scenes, is central to the Edexcel ICT specification.
In this lesson you will explore eight categories of online service, from shopping sites and booking systems to auction platforms and entertainment providers.
