Statistical Charts: Bar, Dot, Line, Pie, Scatter
Overview
Different data calls for different pictures. A bar chart compares categories, a pie chart shows shares of a whole, a line graph follows change over time, and a scatter plot reveals a relationship between two variables. Choosing and reading the right one is a core data skill.
