The responsibility of empowering the youths in Kantoga Republic primarily rests with the national government. This is because the government has the power, resources, and mandate to create policies and programs that can address the challenges facing young people, such as unemployment and lack of access to capital for entrepreneurship. The government can establish skill acquisition programs, provide start-up funds for small-scale businesses, and create an enabling environment for youths to thrive and contribute to the development of the country. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the government to ensure that youths are given the necessary support and opportunities to become productive members of society.
