from eqn. (ii) $\theta$ = $\frac{240}{\pi }$, subt. for $\theta$ in eqn (i)
Area x $\frac{240}{1}$ x $\frac{1}{360}$ x $\frac{\pi 6}{1}$
= 24cm2
