In the bucal cavity of human beings, digestion of carbohydrates gets started.
The bucal cavity, also known as the mouth, plays an important role in the process of digestion. When we eat food, it enters the mouth where it gets broken down into smaller pieces by our teeth through the process of chewing.
Carbohydrates are one of the main types of nutrients found in our food. They are present in foods like bread, rice, potatoes, and fruits.
