Rain and wind are two examples of the resources that the atmosphere provides. They are both important for shaping the landscape and providing water for plants and animals. Vegetation, on the other hand, is not a resource of the atmosphere but rather a part of the biosphere, which refers to all living organisms on Earth. Therefore, the correct answer is vegetation.
