Effective inductance
(1)/L = (1)/4 + (1)/8 = (3)/8
∴ L = (8)/3
Energy stored = (1)/2 LI2
= (1)/2 x (8)/3 x 10 x 10 = (400)/3 = 133.3 J

∴ L = (8)/3
Energy stored = (1)/2 LI2
