Question 1 Report

In which system of givernment are all the components units soverign?

Answer Details
A confederal system of government is one in which all the component units (such as states or provinces) are sovereign. This means that each unit has the highest authority and independence within its own jurisdiction, and the central government only has limited powers that are delegated to it by the constituent units. In a confederal system, the central government is not supreme, and decisions are made through a system of negotiation and compromise between the different units. This type of government is often used to manage a diverse population, where different regions have different needs and interests, and a strong central government would not be appropriate. An example of a confederal system is the former government of the Confederate States of America during the American Civil War.
