Answer Details
The end product of the digestion of oil is glycerol and fatty acids. Oil is composed of triglycerides, which are made up of glycerol and three fatty acids. When we eat oil, the digestive system breaks down the triglycerides into glycerol and fatty acids, which can be absorbed into the bloodstream and used by the body for energy. Glucose is a simple sugar that is an important source of energy for our bodies, glycogen is a form of glucose that is stored in our muscles and liver for use as energy when needed, and amino acids are the building blocks of proteins.
