• P (1972 death rate): \( 39 - P = 12.50 \Rightarrow P = 39 - 12.50 = \mathbf{26.50} \).
• Q (1973 NGR) \( = 26 - 22 = \mathbf{4} \).
• R (1974 birth rate): \( R - 22.50 = 4.50 \Rightarrow R = 22.50 + 4.50 = \mathbf{27} \).
• S (1975 NGR) \( = 26.50 - 22.50 = \mathbf{4} \).
