Question 1 Report

An agency contract must involve?
Answer Details
An agency contract must involve a principal and an agent. An agency contract is a legal agreement in which one party, known as the agent, is authorized to act on behalf of another party, known as the principal. The agent has the authority to make binding decisions and perform actions that affect the principal's legal position. This relationship is created when the principal grants the agent authority to act on their behalf, and the agent agrees to act in the principal's best interest and follow their instructions. Therefore, the agency contract involves only the principal and the agent.
