(b) Climatic type

The climatic type is the Tropical Continental (Sudan type) climate.

(c) Reasons

The annual temperature range is small: \[32^\circ\mathrm{C}-22^\circ\mathrm{C}=10^\circ\mathrm{C}.\]
The mean annual temperature is high: \[\frac{22+25+29+31+32+29+27+26+26+27+25+24}{12}=26.9^\circ\mathrm{C}\approx27^\circ\mathrm{C}.\]
Rainfall occurs mainly from May to September, while the remaining months are dry.
There is one rainfall maximum, in August, when rainfall reaches 300 mm.
