Radicals: Square And Cube Root Calculations

Overview

The square root undoes squaring, and the cube root undoes cubing. These radical operations let you work backwards from an area to a side length, or from a volume to an edge. But radicals also have their own elegant arithmetic, and simplifying them neatly is a skill examiners reward.
