Dear Sir,
NOMINATION FOR THE SCHOOL HERO AWARD
I write, in my capacity as the Senior Prefect, to nominate a most deserving student, Master Daniel Eze of Senior Secondary Three, for this year's School Hero Award. Having observed him closely over the past two years, I am confident that his exemplary leadership qualities make him worthy of this honour, and I wish to give three reasons for my nomination.
My first reason is his outstanding sense of responsibility. As the Games Prefect, Daniel discharges his duties diligently and never needs to be reminded. He organises inter-house sports competitions single-handedly, keeps the sports equipment in perfect order, and ensures that every event runs smoothly. His reliability has earned him the trust of both teachers and students.
Secondly, Daniel is a selfless and caring leader. He is always ready to help others without expecting reward. On several occasions he has used his own pocket money to assist needy juniors, coached weaker students in their studies, and stood up bravely for those being bullied. His kindness has made him loved and respected across the school.
Thirdly, he leads by good example. Daniel is disciplined, hardworking and honest. He obeys the school rules, performs excellently in his studies, and inspires others to do the same. A true leader points the way by walking it himself, and this is exactly what Daniel does every day.
For these reasons, I strongly believe that Daniel Eze embodies the very spirit of the School Hero Award and will inspire other students to aspire to greatness. I therefore humbly recommend him for your kind consideration.
Thank you, Sir, for your attention.
Yours faithfully,
Grace Okonkwo
(Senior Prefect)
