(i) Keys/combination of keys: The Print Screen (PrtScn) key. To capture only the active window, use Alt + Print Screen.
(ii) Procedure using the keyboard:
- Display the one-slide presentation on the screen so that everything to be captured is fully visible.
- Press the Print Screen key (or Alt + Print Screen for the active window only). This copies an image of the screen onto the clipboard.
- Open the MS Word application and place the cursor where the image is to appear.
- Press Ctrl + V to paste the captured screen image into the Word document.

- Confirm the printer and settings and press Enter to print out the document.
