The question "Is it because there are no graves in Egypt that you have taken us away to die in the wilderness?" was asked by the Israelites when the Egyptians marched after them. According to the book of Exodus in the Bible, after the Israelites were freed from slavery in Egypt, they were pursued by the Egyptians who changed their minds about releasing them. The Israelites were afraid and felt trapped when they saw the Egyptian army coming after them. They complained to Moses, asking why he had brought them out of Egypt only to die in the wilderness.
