Understanding how organic molecules are named, drawn and grouped into families is the foundation for every topic that follows in this section.
In this lesson you will learn how to represent organic molecules using five different types of formula, explore the concept of homologous series and functional groups, identify isomers, and classify organic reactions into three categories. These are core skills tested repeatedly across the Edexcel papers.
