Migration is one of the most discussed, and most misunderstood, issues in global citizenship, and getting the facts and the vocabulary right matters, because loose language can turn a person fleeing danger into a headline about 'migrants' with no distinction made at all.
In this lesson you will learn the real reasons people migrate, the factors that shape a person's identity, and how migration reshapes identity and diversity in the communities people leave and the communities they join.
