Every business, from a two-person start-up to a multinational corporation, needs a structure that shows who does what, who reports to whom, and how decisions get made. The way a business organises its people has a direct effect on how quickly it can respond to change, how motivated employees feel, and whether communication flows smoothly from top to bottom.
