They are awarded for something no amount of research produces: an honest, detailed and insightful account of how you thought, what you decided, what you got wrong and what you can now do that you could not do in September. You will reconstruct a real decision, rewrite a reflection that scores 1 into one that scores 6, and learn to read the record of your own presentation questioning as evidence rather than as an embarrassment.
