Component 2 Listening: A Full Guide

Component 2 is the Listening paper. In about fifty minutes you hear a series of recordings, ranging from short snippets to an extended talk, and answer forty marks' worth of questions on what you hear. The good news is built into the exam: every recording is played twice, so you get a second chance at each one.
