You will weigh why it matters worldwide, set the personal, national and global perspectives side by side, balance the arguments for and against rapid change, and judge realistic courses of action that respect both openness and identity. By the end you will be able to frame a sharp report question on change in culture and communities and back it with current, reliable evidence.
