Organisation, Paragraphing And Linking
Resumen
Good ideas only earn their full marks if the reader can follow them easily, and that is what organisation does. A well-planned answer moves in a clear line from an opening, through developed paragraphs, to an ending, with linking words guiding the reader at every turn. The same ideas, dumped in one long block with no signposts, score far less.
This lesson teaches you to plan in paragraphs, give each paragraph a single clear job, and connect your ideas with a range of linking devices rather than the same tired 'and then'. You will compare a disorganised answer with a well-structured one and see exactly how shape and cohesion lift the language mark.
Objetivos
- Organise ideas into coherent paragraphs with a clear line of development.
- Use a range of linking devices to connect sentences and paragraphs.
- Sequence a response so it has a clear opening, development and ending.
