Using Software Applications
Resumen
Creating a document is only half the job. The other half is making sure it looks right for the people who will read it and the reason they are reading it. A science report handed to a teacher needs a different layout from a poster advertising a school concert, even when the same software produced both.
In this topic you will learn how to match your work to its purpose and audience, apply house styles for a consistent professional look, choose between serif and sans-serif fonts, pick colours that aid readability, and use built-in tools such as spell check and track changes to proofread accurately before submitting.
Objetivos
- Produce information that is fit for purpose and audience, using accepted layouts and house styles
- Use styles appropriately, including serif and sans serif fonts, colour choice
- Work accurately and proofread, using software facilities where appropriate for the task
