(b) Equation of a circle =\((x - a)^2 + (y - b)^2 = r^2\)

Where "a" and "b" are the coordinate of the center and "r" is the radius

∴ r = 3 units

=\( (x - (-2))^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 3^2\)

= \((x + 2)^2 + (y - 5)^2 = 9\)

= \(x^2 + 4x + 4 + y^2 - 10y + 25 = 9\)

= \(x^2 + y^2 + 4x - 10y + 29 - 9 = 0\)
